Vegan Stuffing/Dressing


  • 1 bag Stuffing Bread Cubes
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 1 Onion medium, chopped
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 Potatoes Large


  1. Saute Onion and Celery until lightly brown.

  2. Peel and dice potato and boil until softened - mash (you can add vegan-friendly butter and almond milk as well if desired)

  3. In a large bowl, combine stuffing cubes, mashed potatoes, onions, celery, broth and seasoning. Mix until well combined.

  4. Add to a large casserole dish and bake - covered a 350 degrees for one hour
