Roasted Cinnamon Spice Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 package baby carrots
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Combine melted butter and brown sugar. 

  3. Add spices to butter/sugar mixture

  4. Thoroughly coat carrots

  5. Put covered carrots on a lined baking sheet

  6. Cook for about 30 minutes, or until carrots are thoroughly roasted.
